There are no good flats. Flat.

As I window shopped today through the streets of NYC, I realized that most shoe designers come up with the most ugliest flats I have ever seen in my entire life.

Why can't there be just one PERFECT flat company. the closest one that I found was French Sole, but even that it's too prima ballerina wannabe. Delman flats are good, but I personally do not like the pointy toe on my feet, but I do adore the style.

The only pair of flats I have ever liked. are those beautiful Louis Vuitton green Pleated flats. Oh my. those were perfection with a sole.

If the flat's aren't smothered with sequins, they have polka dots on them, or animal print, or an ugly heel, or are just plain hideous.

There should be a brand that only makes flats. it should be called. THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU

Oh, and another thing.

when will people realize that mettalic/gold/silver bags that are sold at nordstroms, macys, and little stores like delias, and mandees are like a big poster board that says " JUST SHOOT ME"
I mean, I wear gold things sometimes for fun, but this is just ridiculous. the gold hobo bag was kicked out the fashion door when jessica simpson lugged it around. Don't even get me started on sequins and ripped jeans. It's friday.

Would somebody gouge my eyes out

Today was a very very tragic day for New Jersey in the fashion world( what day isn't )

As I walked. I think I was having dejavu . . . 5000000 times in a row.
all I saw was. . brown hair dyed blonde( hastily), tunic tops from wetseal to nordstroms.
miniskirts( from RAVE to nordstroms), and horrifying accesories.

Dear God.

I don't ever want to go back to New Jersey ever again.
once I read in VogueUS, that women from New Jersey always feel inferior( don't blame them) to the manhattanites, and conneticut women, thus; they tip better, are more ostentatious. They try much much harder. so hard that when you look at her, you know she's from new jersey.
The Long Island breed is a completely different woman according to the author. The LIB knows where she came from( brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island) and she moved her way up to the island. She is possibly the most ornate of them all. Lose the gum, and the ornate-ness and you almost have a Jersey Woman.

I have decided to create this blog/journal/column about. . .

I do not by any means consider myself a fashion virtuoso, but i do have a passion for it.
but not a " i love to go shopping and dress like jessica simpson passion"
but an Anna Wintour-esque passion.
for those who do not know who Anna Wintour is . . . go look her up or buy yourself some fashion magazines( cosmogirl and seventeen do not count)

I also do not mean to affend anybody. . . directly.
and I am very open to everybody's opinions.
